We know that starting an English course with us is a big step, and we’re here to guide you through the process. Whether you’re registering your child or signing up for yourself, our simple consultation and registration steps ensure you get the right course, at the right level, in the right format for you. 

How to register – 3 simple steps

  1. Book a Consultation 
    Choose a consultation slot that fits your schedule. All consultations are held online or by phone or in-person for adults, and in-person only for kids and teens.

  2. Attend your consultation 
    A member of our team will assess your (or your child’s) English level, discuss your needs, and recommend the most suitable course and timetable. 

  3. Complete your Registration 
    After your consultation, we’ll send you everything you need to finalise your course registration and begin learning.

What to expect during your consultation 

During your consultation, we will: 

  •  Assess your or your child's current English level (depending on age group) 
  • Discuss your learning needs and goals 
  • Recommend the most appropriate English course 
  • Offer available timetable and location options
  • Explain the next steps for registration and payment

Step 1 - Book a consultation

Step 2 - Join a consultation and take a level test

  • You will receive information about the courses when you take the test. 
  • The interview will be face to face for 10-15 minutes. 
  • Consultation fees are 200 EGP.
  • If you wish to pay online, please contact our call center.

Step 3 - Register for a course

  • The results of the test will help us to determine the best course from our range of English courses for kids and teens.
  • You must be 18 years old to be able to pay and register a child or a teenager for a course.

Step 1 - Book a consultation

  • To help you choose the right course, you need to book online/phone consultation with us before registering.
  • You can book your consultation online and choose a suitable time and date.
  • The online/phone consultation fee is 200 EGP. You can pay online or in our centres.

Step 2 - Complete a short online level check

  • Once you have booked a consultation, you will receive a unique link to the online level check.
  • The online level check has 48 multiple-choice questions. You will have 30 minutes to complete it.
  • You are advised to complete the level check before attending your speaking interview so we can help you choose the right course.
  • The results of your online level check will be discussed during the consultation.

Step 3 - Attend your online/phone consultation

  • You don't need to bring any documentation when attending the consultation.
  • During your interview, one of our expert advisors will go through the results of your online level check and find the right course for you.
  • The consultation will take between 10 and 20 minutes.

Step 4 - Registration

  • After your consultation, you can register and pay for your chosen course at any of our teaching centres. 
  • You must be at least 18 years old to be able to pay and register for the courses.
