Get Your UK School Qualifications Documents Verified and Stamped
The British Council is offering verification and stamping services for UK school qualifications certificates and Statements of Results (SoRs).
Service availability: until 10 September 2026
Office location: British Council Agouza Office.
Opening days and times: Sunday to Thursday, from 09:30 to 15:00.

Please review the information below before visiting the office.
Same-day verification and stamping
The following qualifications can be verified and stamped on the same day at the British Council Agouza office:
- Cambridge
- OxfordAQA (Egypt and Gulf countries only)
- Pearson Edexcel Partner Schools (Egypt and Gulf countries only)
Verification required before stamping (stamping can't be completed on the same day)
• Pearson Edexcel non-partner schools
• OxfordAQA and Pearson Edexcel aualifications assued outside Egypt and the Gulf countries
How the process works
- Email scanned copies of your documents for verification.
- Wait for confirmation that your documents have been verified.
- Once verification is completed, you will receive an SMS notification.
- Visit the British Council Agouza office with your original documents for stamping.
Please note:
- The SMS confirms that your documents have been verified.
- The SMS does not provide priority service.
- All customers must take a queue ticket and wait for their turn.
How to request document verification (only for the below):
- Pearson Edexcel non-partner Schools
- OxfordAQA and Pearson Edexcel qualifications issued outside Egypt and the Gulf countries

Please attach clear scanned copies of all certificates and/or Statements of Results requiring verification.
Important notes
- Please do not send follow-up emails regarding your verification request.
- Multiple follow-up emails may delay processing.
- Once verification is completed, you will receive an SMS notification.
- Please visit the British Council for stamping only after receiving the SMS confirmation.
