As a part of British Council’s continuous support to its partner Schools across Egypt, we are presenting Business and Entrepreneurship Competition!

Business and Entrepreneurship Competitionis a business competition offered to upper and lower secondary students currently studying in one of British Council partner schools. This is an opportunity in which they can share their business ideas, Passionate about Business and Entrepreneurship, Willing to work collaboratively in groups of up to five students to develop essential 21st-century skills, including problem-solving, critical thinking.

Learn presentation and communication skills, exchange experience, compete with many other students and win awards.

Participation Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in one of the British Council Partner Schools.  
  • Studying in grades 8, 9, 10, 11, or 12.  
  • Passionate about Business and Entrepreneurship.  
  • Willing to work collaboratively in groups of up to five students to develop essential 21st-century skills, including problem-solving, critical thinking.

Competition Journey:

  • Registration: Students submit their application before the deadline here.
  • Mentoring: Successful applicants will receive professional mentoring. 
  • Learn and network together with a professional expert. 
  • Project submission: Students to their final group project.  

Semi-Final competition: Students will go through the first level of the competition and those successful will head to our final competition. 

Final competition: End of April 2026, the top finalist group will compete together at the ceremony, with our influential jury, attendees, and the chance to win the British Council's prestigious awards.

  • The School of Continuing Education 
  • The Faculty of Business Administration, Economics, and Political Science

Awards & Opportunities: 

For the top three teams: 

  • 5% Discount on faculty fees 
  • One-day experience at the university 
  • Participation in the incubation program at the Science Park
