Role overview
- Ensure the integrity, security, and reputation of the British Council and exam boards by delivering tests to required standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and promote a positive image of the British Council on test days.
- Report on time to the test venue and communicate promptly about delays or issues.
- Follow all exam procedures, policies, and standards, including those relating to security, data protection, child protection, health & safety, equality, diversity, and anti-fraud.
- Handle test materials securely and confidentially, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Be familiar with and follow emergency procedures, reporting any incidents or breaches immediately.
- Safeguard the wellbeing of candidates and respond appropriately in emergencies.
Important information:
- Freelance (Per candidate or sum payments – Intermittent).
- Location: Various Venues and schools across Cairo, Alexandria, Minia, Sohag, Menoufia, Luxor, Sharm Elsheikh, Gouna, Ismailia, Sadat city and Mansoura.
