My life….. has become a lot more interesting since moving to Egypt!

If I had a lot of money, I would…. buy a private island off the coast of Thailand just for chilling.

The book or film that influenced me the most…. would probably be the Harry Potter novels. A bit of a lame answer I know, but growing up with them they really were a big part of my childhood.

My most treasured possession is….. my collection of photos from my high school and university years. Especially now I live away from family and old friends it’s nice to browse through them every so often to remember the good old days.

The strangest experience I have ever had was… camping in the Australian rainforest with my family when I was a kid. We were in a flimsy old tent in the middle of a huge thunderstorm and at the time it was so surreal!

A proverb I particularly like is…. “However long the night, the dawn will break.” – African proverb.

The best thing about my role… is being able to directly help people every day and see the results of your hard work at the end of every lesson.

My favourite city…. is Jerusalem. I only spent two days there but it had so much to offer in terms of culture and history that I was blown away by it.

Three things I would take to a desert island…. are my Ipod, a lighter and tanning lotion.

The route to happiness is… to treat yourself. Buy that expensive shirt you’ve been eyeing up in the shop window. Have dessert with lunch. Supersize your Big Mac meal. Life’s too short not to.

The one gadget I can’t live without is… my phone, I use it like it provides oxygen.

My favourite cuisine is… Italian. Nothing beats pizza or tiramisu!

Something I hope to do in the next year is… to visit Dubai. It’s been on the top of my bucket list for the past five years and I’m determined to cross it off by the end of next year!

The best piece of advice anyone has ever given me is… don’t regret the things you did, regret the things you didn’t do.
