My life…..
…is going so fast! Sometimes I wish I could slow it down but I guess that’s the fun of it.
If I had a lot of money, I would….
…open an art school and have my own restaurant by the beach somewhere.
The book or film that influenced me the most….
…..I would say The Picture of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde, and also The Prophet by Jibran Khalil Jibran
My most treasured possession is…..
….a very special silver necklace I was given as a gift 2 years ago. Haven’t taken it off since the day I got it!
The strangest experience I have ever had was…
….when I was doing some shopping some years back, and out of the blue I remembered a friend from university, so I thought it would be nice to see her. Suddenly, I saw her right in front of me. We sat together for coffee and chatted and at the end she told me she had also been thinking about me right before she saw me. Telepathy at its best!
A proverb I particularly like is….
"Society exists only as a mental concept; in the real world there are only individuals." - Oscar Wilde
The best thing about my role…
...is that helping people achieve one of their goals that has an impact on their future.
My favourite city….
….is Dahab, though it’s not really a city it’s a small town in southeast Sinai. If I could spend the rest of my life there I would.
Three things I would take to a desert island….
…..nothing really, just take me there!
The route to happiness is…
…gratitude; we often take a lot of things in life for granted. Just stop for a minute and count your blessings.
The one gadget I can’t live without is…
…my headphones, quite a polite way to escape undesired conversations too!
My favourite cusine is…
…French, Italian, Lebanese and akeed Egyptian!
Something I hope to do in the next year is…
…travel to new places and study something new.
The best piece of advice anyone has ever given me is…
…’You will never realize how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have’.
